Hello! I'm Brett Kozlowski, an elementary educator committed to creating a classroom where every child feels supported, challenged, and excited to learn.

In the past, I built a career in the world of technology and data analytics, strengthening my skills in problem-solving, clear communication, and evidence-based decision-making. Then, last January, I began substitute teaching while searching for my next job, and I found that I loved it. I subbed in over twenty schools, at every grade level from kindergarten through high school, but it was the elementary grades that I enjoyed most. I discovered a passion for being in the classroom working with students that I'd never found in my time in the business world.

I was hooked.

Now I bring the skills I've developed throughout my career into the classroom, using my analytical problem-solving to create engaging lessons, my tech background to thoughtfully integrate educational technology, and my communication experience to connect with each student and build a positive relationship.
